Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yamal Rabona AI (lamineyamalrabona.com, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. One person per account; keep your login safe and tell us at support@lamineyamalrabona.com if someone else uses it.

2. The service

Yamal Rabona AI generates a 10-second vertical AI video from one photo you upload: the player doing the move in a short football clip is replaced by the person in your photo, with the original sound. The video is AI-generated and is not real footage. Results depend on the photo and on the AI model; a likeness is not guaranteed. Yamal Rabona AI is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Lamine Yamal, FC Barcelona, Galatasaray, UEFA or the broadcasters of the original match. Their names are used only to describe the move the video is based on.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

3. Credits and payment

• Videos are bought in one-time packs of 1, 3 or 7 videos. There is no subscription. Your balance is kept as credits, 100 per video, and each video you make uses 100 credits.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe, our payment provider. Taxes may be added where they apply.
• Credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them or delete your account.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold and are not refundable except under our Refund Policy.
• If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically.

4. Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you took them or have the right to use them, and that every person shown has agreed to appear in an AI video. You give us a limited licence to store and process the photos, and to send them to our video provider, only to make your video. Photos are deleted when the request ends; see our Privacy Policy.

5. Your videos

You may download your videos and share them for personal, non-commercial use, such as on your own social media. Each video is built on a short clip of football footage whose rights belong to their owners (such as UEFA and its broadcasters); we do not grant you any rights in that footage, in the player's name or likeness, or in any club or tournament marks. You are responsible for how you use your videos and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including labelling AI-generated content.

Videos are stored in your account for 30 days or 1 year, based on the largest pack you have bought (30 days with the 1 Video pack, 1 year once you have bought 3 or 7 videos), and are then no longer accessible. Any reminder we send is a courtesy; download the videos you want to keep.

6. What you must not do

• Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed, including celebrities, public figures and private people.
• Upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Make sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or use a video to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• Present a video as real footage in a way meant to mislead, including for fraud, scams or political manipulation.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around credits or limits.

We may refuse a generation, delete content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Credits of accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

7. Our content

The site, its design, text, templates and example videos belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them except as these terms allow. The original match footage the clip is based on belongs to its rights holders (such as UEFA and its broadcasters), not to us.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deletion is permanent: your videos and unused credits are removed and cannot be recovered or refunded. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the results, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law with content you upload or publish, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we may also notify you by email or on the site. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
